Quotes & Payments

A message becomes a job through three steps: quote it, get it accepted, get paid — each with a link the customer can act on from their phone, no app or account required on their side.

Turn a conversation into a quote

From any customer thread, draft a quote from your price list — line items, quantities, and the total in your business's own currency (set from where you told us you're based when you launched, or changed any time in Settings).

Send the accept-and-pay link

The customer gets one link. They can review it and accept it right there — no login, no app install.

Get paid without chasing

Once accepted, the same job carries an invoice with a payment link. A customer paying by card or bank transfer marks itself paid automatically; if someone pays cash or by transfer outside the link, you mark it paid yourself and the record stays accurate.

Currency: quotes and invoices default to the currency for the country you launched with. You can connect your own payment provider from Settings → Payments — until you do, a quote's total is still accurate and shareable, it just can't be paid by card yet.

What the numbers mean

  • A quote is a proposal — nothing is owed until the customer accepts it
  • An accepted quote becomes a job — it shows up in your pipeline and counts toward revenue
  • A job's invoice is what gets paid; a quote by itself never is

Reminders and follow-ups

Unpaid invoices and unanswered quotes can be followed up automatically — a friendly reminder, then a firmer one — always with your approval on the wording before anything sends, unless you've turned that reminder on to go out on its own.
