Running Your Business
Autoflowly has two doors. One is for building something new from an idea — that's the rest of these docs. This section is for the other one: running a business you already have, with a system and an AI team that work while you're on the job.

not a builder — nothing below asks you to describe an app or pick a tech stack.
What you get on day one
Pick your trade — plumber, salon, garage, restaurant, and more each have their own starting system — and you get a running app with real data structure, not a blank dashboard:
- A customer list and a place every enquiry, quote, and job lives
- An AI Receptionist that answers messages on WhatsApp, chat, and email while you work
- Quotes and invoices with a link the customer can pay from their phone
- A mobile app that shows you what needs your approval, wherever you are
The four places you work
Once you're in, the operator view has four things instead of a builder's toolbox:

| Team | The AI agents staffed on each app, and what they're allowed to do without asking |
| Inbox | Every customer message and every action waiting on your approval, across all your apps |
| Brain | Facts your AI team has learned about your business — so agents don't start from zero |
You can switch between the operator view and the builder workshop at any time from Settings → Profile — running a business and building the next one aren't mutually exclusive.
