Mobile & Your Team
The web dashboard is where you build and configure. The mobile app is the bridge — the place you approve, intervene, and check in on the business from wherever you are.
What's on your phone
- Inbox — every customer message and every action waiting on you, across all your businesses, with swipe-to-decide on the ones that don't need a full read
- Team — the AI agents staffed on each app and what they're doing
- Apps — one card per business you run, with a 7-day activity glance
- Brain — the facts your AI team has learned, so a new agent isn't starting from zero
Approvals, on the go
Anything an agent proposes that reaches a customer or spends money shows up as an approval — in the app, and as a push notification you can act on right from the lock screen for lower-risk items. Higher-risk approvals (anything involving money or an irreversible action) ask for Face ID or your passcode first, so a phone left unlocked on a table can't approve a payment by accident.
Rejecting is always one tap, with no biometric check — you should never be slowed down from saying no.
Your AI team
Every app can be staffed with agents that work it day to day — answering the AI Receptionist's messages, chasing an unpaid invoice, or following up a quote that's gone quiet. You set what each agent can do without asking:
- Propose only — every action waits for your approval, on web or mobile
- Auto-approve low-risk — routine replies and reminders go out on their own; anything involving money or a customer commitment still waits for you
Loops: a goal, not a one-off task
A loop is a goal you hand an agent — "fill Thursday's empty slots", "follow up every quote older than 3 days" — and it works toward it on a schedule you set, one approval-gated step at a time, until the goal is met.
Voice command
Tap the mic and ask in plain language — "how's my business doing this week?" — for a spoken summary pulled from your actual data, not a script.
